Sign in with a new device
Got a new iPhone or Mac? This article covers how to pick up where you left off - your accounts, insights, and settings live with your Luminy account, not the device.
Sign in
- Download Luminy on your new device from the App Store or Mac App Store.
- Open the app and select Log in.
- Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
- That’s it - your linked accounts, balances, and insights sync automatically. There’s nothing to reconnect.
Using Luminy on multiple devices
- You can stay signed in on your iPhone and Mac at the same time.
- Changes sync across devices - link an account on one and it shows up on the other.
- If you’re replacing an old device, sign out of Luminy on it before you sell or recycle it.
Trouble signing in?
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
- No reset email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you’re using the email address you signed up with.
- Still stuck? Contact us using Contact us in the footer and we’ll help you get back in.
