Sign in with a new device

Got a new iPhone or Mac? This article covers how to pick up where you left off - your accounts, insights, and settings live with your Luminy account, not the device.

Sign in

  1. Download Luminy on your new device from the App Store or Mac App Store.
  2. Open the app and select Log in.
  3. Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
  4. That’s it - your linked accounts, balances, and insights sync automatically. There’s nothing to reconnect.

Using Luminy on multiple devices

  • You can stay signed in on your iPhone and Mac at the same time.
  • Changes sync across devices - link an account on one and it shows up on the other.
  • If you’re replacing an old device, sign out of Luminy on it before you sell or recycle it.

Trouble signing in?

  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
  • No reset email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you’re using the email address you signed up with.
  • Still stuck? Contact us using Contact us in the footer and we’ll help you get back in.
