These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luminy’s website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2. The Services
Luminy provides tools to help you view financial information, insights, and related features. The Services are for informational purposes and general money management support unless we state otherwise. We are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, or tax advisor. Nothing in the Services is financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Third-party data and links
Some features rely on third-party data providers or links to third-party sites. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape the Services in violation of these Terms, use the Services for unlawful purposes, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and content we provide, are owned by Luminy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMINY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Luminy and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Luminy designates for your region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
