How payments work at Luminy - what you’re charged, when, and our one promise: the price never goes up on you.
Our price promise
Luminy will never change its price. The price you subscribe at is the price it will always be - no surprise increases, no “introductory” rates that jump later. We’d rather earn your subscription every month than squeeze it.
How billing works
- Payments are processed on a secure, industry-standard checkout - your card details never touch Luminy’s servers.
- Plus renews monthly and Yearly renews annually, on the date you subscribed.
- Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
- You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for - see Manage your subscription.
Questions about a charge
If a charge looks unfamiliar or doesn’t match your plan, use Contact us in the footer and email us from your account’s address - include the date and amount and we’ll look into it. Keep in mind all payments are final; see Refund questions.
