Luminy keeps refunds simple: all payments are final. Here’s why, and how to make sure you never pay for something you don’t want.
Our refund policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. When a payment goes through, it covers the full billing period it was charged for - we don’t offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time.
Try before you pay
This is exactly what the trial is for. Every new account starts with a 3-day trial with the full Plus experience, so you can explore everything before any payment. If Luminy isn’t for you, simply don’t subscribe - you won’t be charged.
Avoiding unwanted charges
- Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be billed again - see Manage your subscription.
- After canceling, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you see a charge you don’t recognize at all, use Contact us in the footer and we’ll investigate - see Billing.
